Overview

We know this stuff isn’t much fun, but we think they’re pretty clear and easy to understand and you really should read them as they’re important and create a legally binding agreement between Etto (registered in the Netherlands) (we/our) and the person or organisation named during the collaboration or visiting process (you/your).

If you don’t agree with anything in these terms, the good news is that they’re our don’t-accept-if-you-don’t-agree - Terms of Service! Of course, if you don’t accept these terms, you won’t be able to access or use our platform (which would be more than a little bit sad for you and us).

Once your order is placed, your order will be shipped as soon as possible by Everpress. There are no guaranteed delivery windows or ship-by dates. We’ll do our best to update consumers if there are unforeseen delays.

No representations or warranties: Our platform and Sokeres.net campaigns are provided to you on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We don’t make any representations or warranties of any kind that our platform or Everpress will operate uninterrupted or error-free or that they will be suitable for any purposes, even if we know or should know what those purposes might be.
Restrictions on our liability: The restrictions on our liability set out in this paragraph apply to all liability arising under or in connection with this agreement including liability in contract, tort (including negligence), misrepresentation, restitution or any other legal theory.
